SEO Mommy is operated by SIA Instoring, reg. No. 40203746492, Jāņa Asara iela 9 - 3, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

SEO Mommy analyses websites you own or are authorised to manage, suggests topics grounded in search data, drafts articles, scores them against a quality gate, and reports technical, indexing and AI-visibility findings.

Everything is approve-then-apply. We never change your live site on our own. Articles sent to WordPress are created as drafts only. Nothing is published without your action.

Access is invite-only and free during early access. There is no billing, no card, and no payment obligation. Features may change, break or be removed, and usage limits apply (for example a daily cap on pipeline runs). We may end the beta or close inactive accounts with reasonable notice.

• You confirm you own the websites you add, or have permission to work on them.
• You keep your credentials and any WordPress application passwords secure.
• You review generated content before publishing. You remain the publisher and are responsible for what goes live on your site.
• You will not use the service for illegal content, spam, cloaking, scraped or infringing material, or to attack third-party sites.

Drafts and analyses are produced with the help of AI models and can contain mistakes. The quality gate reduces bad output but does not guarantee accuracy. Verify facts and claims before publishing. Subject to the rights of the underlying model providers, you own the content you publish.

Search rankings depend on factors outside our control. We do not promise positions, traffic, indexation or revenue. Numbers shown in the product are measurements or clearly labelled estimates, not forecasts.

The beta is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost traffic or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Latvian law, including for intent or gross negligence.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@instoring.lv. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
