SEO Mommy is operated by SIA Instoring, reg. No. 40203746492, Jāņa Asara iela 9 - 3, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these terms.

SEO Mommy analyses websites you own or are authorised to manage, suggests topics grounded in search data, drafts articles, scores them against a quality gate, and reports technical, indexing and AI-visibility findings.

Everything is approve-then-apply. We never change your live site on our own. Articles reach your site as drafts unless you switch on live publishing. Nothing is published without your action.

SEO Mommy is in early access. Features may change, break or be removed, and usage limits apply (for example a daily cap on pipeline runs). Founding beta members use it free of charge. Paid plans and token packs, where offered, are paid through Stripe at the price shown before you pay, plus VAT where applicable. We may end early access or close inactive accounts with reasonable notice.

Mommy tokens are prepaid credit for the in-app SEO and AI-search chat, bought in packs on top of a plan. They don't expire. Each answer uses tokens for what the assistant reads and writes, as explained where you buy them. Questions outside SEO and AI search, and requests our AI provider's safety filter declines, use no tokens.

Pack prices are tied to our AI provider's prices, so they can go up or down when the provider's prices change. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay. A price change applies only to packs bought after it: it never changes how many tokens an answer uses, so tokens you already have keep their value.

On Mommy Moves In, an SEO pass changes the technical SEO in your site's own code (for example pre-rendering, titles and descriptions, sitemap and robots.txt, structured data, llms.txt and language tags, as far as your platform allows). For a site whose code is on GitHub it sends the changes as a pull request, which we merge only when you press Approve in SEO Mommy, or you merge yourself on GitHub; each change is its own commit you can undo. On WordPress, Shopify and Webflow it shows you the changes in SEO Mommy and applies them through our WordPress plugin or the platform's own connection only when you press Approve, keeping what was there before so you can undo them. Nothing changes on your site before you approve.

Each paid month of the plan includes 3 passes; unused passes don't carry over. Extra passes cost €99 each, paid once, and don't expire while you're on the plan. Passes start with the first payment, not during the free trial. A pass that ends without changes to approve doesn't count, up to three in 30 days; a pass that stops because of a problem on our side never counts.

You connect only repositories you own or are authorised to change, and you can remove the SEO Mommy GitHub app at any time in GitHub. You review the pull request before merging it and remain responsible for what goes live on your site.

• You confirm you own the websites you add, or have permission to work on them.
• You keep your credentials and any WordPress application passwords secure.
• You review generated content before publishing. You remain the publisher and are responsible for what goes live on your site.
• You will not use the service for illegal content, spam, cloaking, scraped or infringing material, or to attack third-party sites.

Drafts and analyses are produced with the help of AI models and can contain mistakes. The quality gate reduces bad output but does not guarantee accuracy. Verify facts and claims before publishing. Subject to the rights of the underlying model providers, you own the content you publish.

Search rankings depend on factors outside our control. We do not promise positions, traffic, indexation or revenue. Numbers shown in the product are measurements or clearly labelled estimates, not forecasts.

The beta is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost traffic or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Latvian law, including for intent or gross negligence.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@instoring.lv. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Latvia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
