Privacy Policy

The data controller is SIA Instoring, registration number 40203746492, VAT number LV40203746492, registered at Jāņa Asara iela 9 - 3, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia. SIA Instoring operates SEO Mommy (seomommy.com).

• Account data — your email address and an encrypted password hash, plus the invite code used to join early access.
• Site data — the website URLs you add, the brand context you write, generated drafts, quality-gate scores, audits, indexing checks and keyword/topic suggestions.
• Free audit leads — if you request a full public audit report, the email address you enter and the URL you audited.
• Chat messages — what you type into the assistant on the landing page, so it can answer and, if you ask, run a public audit of a URL.
• Technical data — a truncated/hashed IP address and timestamps used only to rate-limit the free audit and prevent abuse, plus server error logs.

We do not collect special-category data, we do not buy data about you, and we do not run advertising trackers.

• To provide the service (accounts, audits, article generation, publishing drafts) — performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To keep the service working and safe (rate limiting, abuse prevention, error logs) — legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• To send you an audit report or beta updates you asked for — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time.
• To meet accounting and legal duties — legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We use a small set of processors, each only for the purpose listed:

• Application hosting and database (Lovable Cloud, backed by Supabase) — stores accounts and site data.
• AI model providers (Google and Anthropic models, accessed through the Lovable AI gateway) — receive the content and prompts needed to draft, judge and analyse text.
• DataForSEO — receives search queries and keywords to return search-result and keyword data.
• IndexNow endpoints (Bing, Yandex) — receive only the public URLs you explicitly choose to submit.

Some providers are located outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Account and site data are kept while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of you asking us to close it. Free-audit lead emails are kept for up to 24 months or until you unsubscribe. Rate-limit records are kept for 24 hours. Server error logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting past processing.

Email info@instoring.lv and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija), dvi.gov.lv, or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell account holders by email.
